OFF SALT INSPECTION

1.   Should off salt inspection or similar operation be required the following procedures should be followed.
2.   The Event director and Race director will make the initial decision.
3.   Once the decision is made the following will be informed
  a. Chief inspector
  b. AMA FIM event stewards
  c. Front gate manager
  d. Registration trailer manager
4.   Contact the mayor of Wendover for permission and location first, before announcing any plan publically.
5.   The likely site will be the Wendover owned property at the East end of main street across from the Parts store.  The street name is Bonneville way.
6.   Once Wendover permission is secured announce the time and location to all staff section managers so they can arrange their staff and equipment  to be moved to the in town site.
  a. Event director will insure registration trailer is moved to the inspection site
  b. Inspection chief will insure inspectors and equipment are moved to the inspection site
  c. Security director will insure traffic control is in place at the inspection site
7.  

Event director, Race director, chief inspector will coordinate to set the time inspection begins and ends and announce this schedule to all participants and staff.

8.   All staff personnel will report for duty at their normal inspection day positions in the new location at the appointed time.
